All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our fragrance, beauty, and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that each Mystery Mini Perfume Bundle is randomly curated and that the brands, fragrances, bottle sizes, and assortment may vary based on availability.
Our Mystery Mini Perfume Bundles are sold as described. Because each bundle is randomly curated, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on:
- Fragrance preferences
- Bottle sizes
- Duplicate fragrances
- Assortment received
- Personal expectations
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using our Contact Form. Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- Photos of the shipping package (if applicable)
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fragrance products
- Beauty products
- Personal care products
- Mystery bundles
unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only when:
- An item arrives damaged or defective;
- You receive the wrong item; and
- A replacement is unavailable.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
